The label on the bottle in your hand is authoritative. Where the Site and the physical label differ, rely on the label. Photography is representational, and packaging may differ from what is shown.

All content on the Site, including the Tiago Royale and TIAGO ROYALE names, logos, the medallion, bottle designs, label artwork, photography, video, text, and the design of the Site itself, is owned by Tiago Royale Brands Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The label artwork in particular is original creative work commissioned by us and is not in the public domain.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or republish content for commercial purposes;
• use our names, logos, or artwork without our written permission;
• modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content;
• use Site content to train machine learning models without our written permission;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to section 10, Tiago Royale Brands Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.

You agree to indemnify Tiago Royale Brands Ltd against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
